I did a long and deep stretch on my legs today, my knee felt immensely better, I have a game at 845 tonight and caught last night, I'll catch again tonight and I think the deep stretching is probably the best thing i have done yet

March 9th, I'm just now starting to get past the cramping, when I lift it gets stronger as I go and cramps less so I just have to add weight really slowly

Thats exactly what I had from what it sounds, my pain is in the knee joint on the rearleft if looking at the back, and the pain runs through the belly of my hamstring and cramps.

I just had a general question and this seemed as good as place as any to put it. The tendon used for my ucl repair came from my left hamstring and at first I didn't have any problems with the leg just did a little rehab and was jogging within a month. As our fall workouts and conditioning have continued I have started to cramp easily and get swelling right behind the knee near the incision. I was just wondering if any one else as had the tendon harvested from that area and have had any problems. Anyways I am almost 6 months post-op tj surgery, throwing from 150ft, tendinitis is better although I am only throwing every other day and not throwing on days I lift. Start throwing flat grounds in a couple weeks.
