Please note that these are alphabetized exactly as I would write them on my programs. Thus, For a Barbell RDL, you will find this listed in the “B” section, rather than the “R” sections. Things like “1-Arm Push up” are listed with the “P” exercises, however. If I messed up on a few, just hit Control+F and find it that way! Thanks.
